We stand behind our work with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the completed deliverables, you may request a full refund within 30 days of project completion, provided:

• The project has been completed and delivered
• You have not used, modified, or distributed the deliverables
• The request is made within 30 days of delivery
• You provide specific reasons for dissatisfaction

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

• Unsatisfactory Quality: If the delivered work does not meet the agreed-upon specifications and quality standards
• Non-Delivery: If we fail to deliver the project within the agreed timeline and cannot provide a reasonable resolution
• Service Cancellation: If you cancel before work has commenced, you will receive a full refund of any deposits paid

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

• Work has been completed and accepted by you
• You have used, modified, or distributed the deliverables
• More than 30 days have passed since project completion
• Project cancellation after work has commenced (partial refund may apply based on work completed)
• Change of mind after project completion
• Failure to provide necessary information or feedback that delays project completion

4. Partial Refunds

If a project is cancelled after work has commenced, a partial refund may be issued based on:

• The amount of work completed
• Time and resources invested
• Any non-refundable third-party costs incurred

The remaining balance will be calculated and refunded accordingly.

5. Refund Process

To request a refund:

2. Provide your project details and reason for the refund request
3. We will review your request and respond within 5 business days
4. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days

6. Revision Requests vs. Refunds

If you are not satisfied with certain aspects of the delivered work, we encourage you to request revisions first. Reasonable revisions are included in our service. Refunds are typically considered only after revision attempts have been exhausted.

7. Third-Party Costs

Any third-party costs (e.g., domain registration, hosting fees, software licenses) that have been paid on your behalf are non-refundable. These will be deducted from any refund amount.

8. Dispute Resolution

If you have concerns about your project or refund eligibility, we encourage open communication. We are committed to finding a fair resolution. If we cannot reach an agreement, we will work with you to find an appropriate solution.

9. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. The policy in effect at the time of your project agreement will apply to your project.
