7. Revisions and Changes

Reasonable revisions are included within the original project scope. Significant changes or additions to the scope may result in additional charges and timeline adjustments, which will be discussed and agreed upon before implementation.

While we strive to meet all deadlines, project timelines may be affected by:

Delays in client feedback or approvals

10. Limitation of Liability

11. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. Upon termination:

You will pay for all work completed up to the termination date
We will deliver all completed work and materials
Each party's rights and obligations will survive termination as necessary

We will maintain confidentiality of your business information and project details, except as required by law or with your consent.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of Australia.
